The Checkers Plumstead project presented a unique challenge and opportunity for our team to demonstrate our expertise in roofing and waterproofing under full occupancy conditions. We executed a comprehensive re-roofing of the building, employing an innovative ash grid roofing system that was complemented by new fibreglass and gutters to ensure durability and effective water drainage.
Our work encompassed extensive waterproofing measures to protect the building from water damage, along with targeted corrosion control to maintain the structural integrity of metal components. This significant project was carried out with meticulous planning and coordination to minimize disruption to the tenants, showcasing our ability to manage complex renovations in live environments.
