The project at Grove Industrial Park was a comprehensive effort focused on enhancing the resilience and functionality of the industrial facility. Key tasks included advanced corrosion control measures to protect the structure’s integrity, replacement of roof sheets to address wear and prevent future leaks, and thorough waterproofing to safeguard against environmental damage. A significant aspect of our work involved performing extensive remedial repairs to the roof, culminating in the application of a long-term guaranteed coating. This coating was specially selected to complement a new solar panel installation, ensuring the roof’s readiness for this sustainable energy upgrade.
