The NASSIMA Beachfront Residences project entailed a comprehensive waterproofing and restoration initiative aimed at addressing both aesthetic and structural issues within the property. Our scope of work included the full re-deck waterproofing of all common property areas, ensuring long-term protection against water ingress.
Additionally, we performed roof-free waterproofing to safeguard the building from the top down. A critical aspect of our intervention involved extensive cavity reinstatement to rectify severe issues caused by non-compliant building practices previously employed. This meticulous work restored the integrity and safety of the building’s cavities, preventing further damage and enhancing the overall resilience of the structure.
