Structural Repair, Building Redecoration and waterproofing.
Our project at Knightsbridge Apartments focused on critical structural and aesthetic enhancements to this residential complex. We undertook extensive structural spalling repairs, addressing significant concrete deterioration across large sections of the building. This effort not only restored the structural integrity of the apartments but also prepared them for further waterproofing measures to prevent future damage.
The project was rounded off with a full building redecoration, revitalizing the exterior facade and common areas to enhance the living experience for residents and improve the building’s overall aesthetic appeal.
